Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Colonel Anil's Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry, we strive to provide exceptional dental care and ensure patient satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains our policies regarding appointment cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for services rendered.
By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation Notice Period
- 24+ Hours Notice: Full refund of appointment booking fee (if applicable). No cancellation charges apply.
- Less than 24 Hours Notice: Appointment booking fee is non-refundable. A cancellation fee may apply.
- No-Show: Full appointment booking fee will be forfeited. Additional fees may apply for pre-ordered materials or reserved surgical time.

Emergency Cancellations
We understand that emergencies happen. In case of medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other unavoidable circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will handle emergency cancellations on a case-by-case basis and may waive cancellation fees at our discretion.
Important Note:
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in a requirement to pre-pay for future appointments or denial of future booking privileges.
Treatment Payment Refunds
Before Treatment Commencement
If you cancel a treatment before it begins:
- Full refund minus any non-refundable consultation or diagnostic fees
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Custom-made items (crowns, dentures, etc.) that have been ordered are non-refundable
After Treatment Has Started
Once treatment has commenced:
- Partial Refund: You may be eligible for a partial refund based on the percentage of treatment completed
- Multi-Session Treatments: Refunds will be calculated based on completed sessions vs. total planned sessions
- Materials & Lab Fees: Costs for materials already used or lab work completed are non-refundable
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once performed:
- Diagnostic services (X-rays, examinations, consultations)
- Completed treatments (extractions, fillings, cleanings)
- Custom fabricated dental appliances (crowns, bridges, dentures, orthodontic appliances)
- Surgical procedures (implant placement, bone grafts)
- Cosmetic procedures that have been completed (veneers, whitening)
Quality Guarantee:
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of completed work, please speak with Dr. Anil Kumar directly. We stand behind our work and will make reasonable efforts to address any legitimate concerns or complications at no additional cost within the warranty period.
Online Payment Refunds (Razorpay)
We use Razorpay Payments Private Limited as our secure payment gateway for processing online payments. Here's how refunds work for online transactions:
Refund Timeline
- →Refund Initiation: Within 24-48 hours after approval of refund request
- →Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days from refund initiation
- →UPI/Net Banking: 5-7 business days from refund initiation
- →Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.): Instant to 3 business days
Note: The actual time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider's processing time, which is beyond our control.
Refund Method
All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. We cannot process refunds to a different payment method or bank account.
Failed Transactions & Double Payments
- If money was deducted but appointment was not confirmed, contact us immediately at hello@anildentalimplants.com
- Failed transaction refunds are processed automatically by Razorpay within 5-7 business days
- In case of duplicate payments, the extra amount will be refunded within 48 hours of notification
Payment Disputes
For payment-related disputes:

- Keep transaction ID and payment receipt for reference
Security Note:

Insurance Claims & Refunds
If you are using dental insurance:
- You are responsible for understanding your insurance coverage and benefits
- We will assist with insurance claims but do not guarantee coverage or reimbursement
- If insurance denies coverage, you remain responsible for payment
- If insurance pays more than expected, we will refund the overpayment within 10 business days
- Insurance-related refunds follow the same timeline as direct refunds
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide your appointment details, transaction ID, and reason for refund
- Submit a written refund request (email is acceptable)
- We will review your request within 2-3 business days
- If approved, refund will be initiated within 24-48 hours
- You will receive confirmation email with refund tracking details
Refund Exclusions & Limitations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following circumstances:
- ✗Patient dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations that were communicated before treatment
- ✗Complications arising from patient non-compliance with post-treatment instructions
- ✗Normal biological variations in healing or treatment outcomes
- ✗Pre-existing conditions that were disclosed and discussed before treatment
- ✗Change of mind after treatment completion without valid medical reasons

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
